What Does Rumsfeld Have on Bush?

Let's see ... Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld knew about the horrid treatment of Iraqi prisoners, but the president found out about it on the news. And this guy still has a job! Whatever Rumsfeld has on the president, it's much bigger than he's indicating in this photo.
