Congressional Democrats Have a Plan
Now that Democrats are the minority in congress, they are brainstorming the best way to retake control in 2004. On NPR this morning, one congresswoman explained the current plan, stating: "We have to develop a reform paradigm as a modus operandi to combat the false dichotomy of left-right-center ideology." Brilliant.
